Thomas E. Kirkland is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in accounting and is both a licensed CPA and attorney. Tom has been involved in hospitality development since 1998, and prior to such time, was in the private practice of accounting and law. Tom uses his skills and experience in overseeing each project during its formation, design, construction and operation.Tom is President and Chief Executive Officer.
Melinda A. Kirkland
Melinda A. Kirkland is a 1983 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in business management. Prior to her association with TEKMAK she was a project accountant in the real estate industry. Melinda uses her skills and experience interfacing with interior design professionals and selecting and purchasing furniture, fixtures and equipment for each project. Melinda is Executive Vice President.
Glenn Decker
Glenn earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from TCU. After spending 9 years in Sales and Marketing roles, he raised a small fund and acquired a small business with a partner in OKC, doubling its annual revenue within two years. He joined TEKMAK Development full-time at the start of 2022 and is primarily responsible for managing the relationships with suppliers, management companies and investors.
